Delete all emails means
It means that we want to delete all the emails in our Gmail account. All the emails in our Gmail account are divided into Social, Promotions, and Inbox folder.
In Gmail accounts, you can not specify a different folder for Trash. When using this default setting, if you delete a message from Postbox's Inbox, it is then: Removed from the Postbox Inbox, but NOT the Gmail Inbox until you empty the Trash in Postbox. Placed into the Postbox Trash folder AND the Gmail Trash folder. Removed from Postbox labels. The 'Important' folder is being added to your folder list as part of a feature of Gmail. This feature is called 'Importance markers'. You can't completely turn off this feature in Gmail but you can unsubscribe from this folder in Outlook and prevent the folder from being added again in the future. Jun 24, 2019 Gmail doesn't have folders. All your messages are saved in All Mail. Everything else (Inbox, Starred, Drafts, user-labels, etc) are just 'views' into a subset of the messages in All Mail. And since there's only one copy of any message, if you delete it from any label, you're deleting the only copy, so it's gone from all of them.
We can quickly delete all emails in a particular folder (Social, Promotions, and Inbox) at once.
What happens when all emails are deleted?
Deleting all emails from Inbox will also delete Starred and Important messages. We can also delete all emails from any folder such as Sent, Drafts, Spam, etc. using the same process.
After deleting all the emails from any folder, it becomes empty. It means there is no any single email left in that folder.
Let's start.
How many conversations or emails a front page of a folder includes?

One thing to learn about setting up your Gmail in Outlook using IMAP is that there are 2 folders that are not really needed when viewing in Outlook: the 'All Mail' and 'Important' folders. Not only are they redundant, but these can also cause your Outlook to constantly synchronize and all it's really doing is syncing duplicated data over and over…and a lot of it!
Basically, those 2 folders are duplicates of what is in the inbox. The 'All Mail' is, literally, all of your email and the sent folders. The 'Important' is still an unknown filter that Gmail sets up, I guess with what Gmail deems important. Either way, it's usually just a duplicate of the inbox.
When setting up Gmail in Outlook, these 2 folders will also setup. They are hiding under the subfolder 'Gmail' under the Inbox. You need to open that arrow to view the folders, 'All Mail', 'Important' and 'Sent'.
To remove those from your view in Outlook, the easiest way is to remove it from your Gmail settings. Log into your Gmail on the browser, then go to the wrench 'settings' button in the upper right corner of the browser, then go down to 'settings' and then click on the tab for 'Labels'.
Click on 'Hide' for both and uncheck 'Show in IMAP' and then refresh your Outlook and those folders should go away from the view.
